Damaris Agressova

For 18 years in international recruitment and talent development, I’ve spoken with hundreds of professionals about their careers, ambitions, and doubts. I’ve been there at the moments that matter most: when someone is weighing a new opportunity, changing direction, or stepping into something bigger.

Today I focus on career  and leadership coaching. I  help professionals  to advance their career, strengthen their leadership and networking skills, and navigate  job search with confidence to get the job they truly want.

I create space for you to slow down, reflect, and reconnect with what truly matters to you. Together we explore your options, untangle what’s holding you back, and shape a clearer direction for your next chapter.

Career decisions are rarely just about the job itself. Behind every career move there are deeper questions:

Am I using my strengths?

Is this the right direction for me?

What do I really want next?

My approach pairs insider knowledge of the hiring world with coaching methods that help you find your own answers and build your confidence.
